Trim Samaritan House's Christmas Tree!

You are invited to color paper ornaments and send them to us by December 23 -- feel free to make it a family art project. Ornaments will be hung on the tree and throughout the shelter hallways for kids and all to see.

A Christmas Story

With the cold weather settling upon us, will you help people like Linda?

Linda found herself in a tough situation. Recently homeless, she was dealing with her oldest daughter’s severe developmental disabilities, and also concerned for her youngest daughter’s mental health. She felt desperate and turned to Samaritan House for shelter.

Recently, Linda was approved to move into Marisol Homes, a Catholic Charities program that provides transitional housing for single mothers. Linda is determined to succeed - she is working toward her income goals, setting up treatment for her children, and moving toward permanent stable housing. This Christmas she is especially grateful that Samaritan House was there when she needed it most.

Your donation to the Samaritan House will provide warm meals, warm blankets, and temporary housing.

Saint Francis of Assisi said: “For it is in giving that we receive...”

Thank you for your kindness and generosity.

Make a minimum gift of $250 to Samaritan House Homeless Shelter, or a minimum gift of $100 to either The Mission in Larimer County or The Guadalupe Community Shelter in Weld County, and take a 25% tax credit on your state income taxes.*
